J-Walkers Young Adults Ministry
Thursday Nights - 6:30pm
Every Thursday night we have a group Bible study. During this study, we walk through a certain book in the Bible and break it down scripture by scripture and discuss as a class what we see and get from the verses and passage. Our class is geared for discussion and growing closer to Christ together. We talk about how we can apply the verses to our daily lives. Afterwards we break apart the men and women. This is so that the men can pray together and open up together and the women can do the same.

Split Week
Throughout the school year, we have a designated split week. Once a month, on Thursdays at 6pm, the women participate in the GLOW Ministry while the men gather separately. They enjoy fellowship and meals together before engaging in a shared Bible study session.

We're on a mission to support young adults worldwide with prayers, counsel, and helping them plug into local churches. Plus, we have mission trips and outreach events that you're welcome to participate in! Our mission is to help young adults everywhere grow in their walk with Jesus.

What is classified as a young adult?
Anyone who is through school or is 18-40 years old.
It's hard to put an age on it, because our purpose is to help those who are no longer youth, but still trying to find their place in the world.
This could mean college kids, young families, or singles trying to live on their own.
Regardless, we would love to have you.

Upcoming Mission Trips:

- Mission on the Border - July 15th-19th - This is a church wide mission trip. We will be traveling to the border to support a new church by organizing a VBS and engaging in park ministry to spread the gospel.
- Mission Arlington - 1 Day Mission in December TBD - We will be joining the youth ministry in participating at Mission Arlington's Christmas Store. We will work alongside the organization in helping sort items, walk children through the store to pick out presents, and helping in whatever way they need.
- Foreign Mission Trip - Summer 2025 - Our church will be headed out on a foreign mission trip to either Peru or Mexico. The details are still in the works as these trips take a lot of prayers and planning. Stay tuned in for updated info.
